Academic Staff Member, Bachelor of Physiotherapy

About the role
Come and join our Wintec Physiotherapy programme in a teaching role. You will work among a dedicated and enthusiastic team to prepare ākonga with real world skills, knowledge and mindsets to be successful physiotherapists.
Our ideal candidate has the following skills and attitude:
- Eligibility to practise as a physiotherapist in Aotearoa New Zealand or Australia.
- An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in physiotherapy.
- A minimum of 5 years clinical experience in one or more of musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, neurological physiotherapy.
- A Master’s, PhD, or DHSc in physiotherapy or closely related discipline (or nearing completion) is highly desirable but not essential.
- Experience in adult teaching and learning, curricula design and research.
- Existing relationships with industry stakeholders within Aotearoa New Zealand.
