We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Information and Records Manager to join our team.
This role is crucial in developing and implementing digital information and records management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
The successful candidate will manage the lifecycle of digital records, oversee the security and privacy of digital information, and provide training and support to staff on information management practices. Collaboration with IT and other departments to integrate information management systems is essential.
Additionally, the role involves conducting audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of information management practices and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
This position is vital for aligning digital information and records management with AI policies and strategies, implementing against AI-driven solutions, and ensuring the ethical use of AI in managing digital information and records. Utilization of Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Purview, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 for effective records management is also a key responsibility.
The appointing salary for this role will be between $105,400 and $138,400, dependent on skills and experience.
