Responsible for collating, delivering and reporting on Strategic/Investment Plan, business planning function, informing organisational planning at all levels, facilitate, monitor and report on business planning implementation, progression and organisational risk. The EPPM will champion knowledge-sharing, support strategic decision-making, promote change and contribute to the development of reporting on organisational health and performance. In addition this role will provide project management of ELT strategic priorities.
Strategic Planning and Reporting: Expertise in business planning, performance metrics, reporting on organisational health and organisational risk.
Project and Change Management: Proficient in managing projects and driving organisational change, especially at the executive level.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Strong ability to coordinate across departments and effectively communicate complex information.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled in analysing data to support decision-making and addressing strategic challenges.
Collaboration and Leadership: Capable of leading cross-functional teams and promoting knowledge-sharing to achieve strategic goals.
