International Student Services Advisor

The appointing salary for this role will be between $65,000 and $85,400, dependent on skills and experience.
The International Student Services Advisor role, Wintec | Te Pūkenga reporting to the International Student Services Manager and will be responsible for:
- Supporting international students from pre-arrival to graduation.
- Providing timely, student-focused customer service aligned with the Code of Practice.
- Coordinating orientation and student engagement activities.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting risk management.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

- Clear and professional verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills and a student-centred approach.
- Knowledge and understanding of tertiary education.

- Sound judgement, discretion, and problem-solving ability with the ability to self-manage, prioritise, and adapt to change.
